Jordyn turns 3!

Our little girl just turned 3! Time goes by so quickly. She loves playing with her baby dolls and dressing up with her friend Reese. They love to try on all of the princess clothes and add jewelry and shoes. We had a small party with close friends and family. We swam and barbequed. The kids hit the pinata that papa bought for them. The kids decorated cupcakes and played with Justin's camera singing machine. The kids had a fun time!

Newport Dunes

We also went to Newport Dunes with a group of friends from Prado View. The kids loved playing in the water and swimming to the whale with the boogie board. It was so nice having a little playground next to the beach. We want to go back sometime soon to ride the the paddle boats.

Raspberry Picking

Last week, we went raspberry picking at Riley's Farm with Kathy, Sandy, my Mom, and the kids. It was a beautiful day! The kids were all excited to take the hay ride up to the fields. They each had their own basket and we picked berries from the fields. Jordyn ate more than she saved. Justin was very serious about his picking and didn't eat any of them. Afterwards, we ate at the restaurant. It was really cool because while we were eating there were people reinacting historical events from the Civil War era. We ate yummy sandwiches and had a sweet treat too. We can't wait to go back there to go apple picking!
